with being laid up for so long with the broken neck, i've had time to do paperwork with the city, state, federal to get my own shop put together. i think we've found a building reasonable and in a high traffic area 2 truck bays, 3 phase power and already set up for a bigass compressor. i'll be doing vintage euro, brit and jap bikes with custom builds, restorations and maintenance. i have a line on a motorcycle sized paint booth too. i'm certified on beemer and triumphs and as soon as i'm out of this collar i'm going back to ami to get my certification on ducatis and hondas. going to call it fat cat cycles i think.

some people are like slinkies, basically useless but they still make me smile when i push them down the stairs

coffee and bikes is like, my dream. this is our favorite place to stop. great coffee. good snacks, and a cute girl behind the counter! its an old stone gas station converted to a coffee shop. and its smack dab in the middle of some of the best roads around town. and this is our posse. bunch of hoodlums.

thats the funny part. when we ride, im on the pavement, and those dorks are racing along next to me at 60mph on the grass shoulder. or they hop the curb and ride wheelies across the medians. you should see us going through pretty boy res. those guys are always turfing the place. its pretty funny to watch.

so tex, how was setting up the auction today. john said it never went so smoothly. funny, you werent there, and neither was marshall! that guy can party. that mondial he has is righteous! he should run that in the jersey giro!
