This is for a CB750K5.

I think I need to work on my clutch. It is hard to shift into gear, often when shifting up or down it does not engage and feels like neutral, and when it is out of gear with the clutch lever out it makes an odd grinding noise.

I have adjusted the clutch cable a few times and the noise only goes away when I either grab the clutch lever or when I adjust it so tight it has the same effect.

Does this sound like I need a new clutch?

Oh yeah, after i got the floats right and carbs synched the bike flies. But, at high rmps with the throttle opened up, it is slipping out of gear and reving through the roof.

If I need a new clutch, should I get parts form my dealer or are there after market parts that I should look for?

Thanks again.
