Hey guys I've been a casual lurker on occasion around here and decided to join the forum finally. I'm in San Angelo,Tx. but originally from the S.F.Bay Area where I started riding bikes about 17yrs. ago on a 1972 CB450 cafe racer. I've had several bikes since and my current roster is a 74' CB750 Dunstall-Honda cafe racer, a 72 CB100 cafe racer built for my wife, and a 70' BSA B25 Starfire cafe racer / race bike. My daily rider is the CB750 with these specs:

1974 Dunstall-Honda CB750/F

Dunstall 5gallon race tank
Dunstall 35mm Clip-on bars
Aluminum race foot pegs
Magura dual front disc brakes
Daytona fork brace
Stainless steel mini tach / speedo
Custom race seat / upholstery by Robert Wells
Uni air filter pods
DYNA electronic ignition
Finned engine covers kit
Finned oil cooler plug
K&N oil filter
NGK plugs
GL1000 rear shocks w/ dual rate springs
MAC style 4:1 headers w/ UN=baffled aluminum race can
Comstar wheelset
Custom paint job in BMW pewter grey&black by Robert
Wells
Vincent style tank emblems by Steve Carpy

Future add ons in progress:

Vipex rear shocks w/ remote reservoir
Drilled out front brake rotors w/ steel braided lines
Braided steel oil supply lines
Polished aluminum Velocity stacks
Mikuni Carbs

I wish I could post some pics for ya right now but I'm at work right now and I can't access my Photobucket.com account because it's blocked. Best I can do for now is give ya this address for my clubs website which has a gallery with some of my bikes pics in it www.myspace.com/vintagerockersmc

I ride with the VRMC (club founder), 59 Club Texas - DFW, and Tun Up Club Texas.

Wouldn't mind meeting up with any Texas people out there, hell some of ya might even already know me from some of the vintage bike, Brit bike rallys.

Peace & Grease

It's a Paul Dunstall racing tank made for racing the IOM TT. Here's a couple others...

My BSA Starfire B25 cafe/track bike project - almost complete.

My wifes CB100 cafe , still being modified.

I also have one more project that I'll hopefully start in a couple months on a 72' CB125 that will be race prepped for GP125 class as a CR110 replique racer with the Airtech stretched Honda factory works style tank and matching bubble seat w/ TT pipes.

78 Comstar's, 78' SS Magura front disc brakes, and YES that 5 gallon tank was made for the Isle Of Man TT. The thickness was also increased to meet race spec because they were fiberglass.

I'll add this as well...the tank size was increase do to the Mountain Course being so long and needing to make several laps to get their average time was decreased with fewer fuel stops. Oh and that particular tank actually came off a Norton, still has the Norton flip top gas cap as well, cheers!

Thanks for the welcome guys. That is a CB550/4 in that 3rd pic. That was the early stages of that build. It's complete now, but I actually just sold it too. I just loved the bike, but needed room for the BSA. I'm stuck now with my 125cc race bike plans. I have 2 different bikes to choose from now as yesterday I talked to a guy here in town that has a perfect running Yamaha 125cc AS1 2 stroke for only $500! They used to race these in GP back in the 60's and it was an early predecessor to the famous TZ 2 strokers. I've seen some pics of what this bike could look like that I googled and I'm really leaning this way now over the CB125.
