Yeah, this guy is deep. I sold off all my H1 stuff awhile ago, just didn't tweak me anymore.

While I was single I built around 2 to 3 bikes a year. Now I usually get one done, so it has to be something I'm really into and right now I'm really into Triumph's.

Funny how you never really get away from something you've loved earlier on. I had Triumph's when I was young, and Honda's too for that matter, but the Triumph's were real motorcycles as far as I was concerned. When I got back into bikes some 15 years ago, I bought a Harley, but I built a 68' Bonnie. Then I heard about this bunch of wacks up in NH racing vinatge bikes, so I built a 500 Triumph and went racing. I had a ball with that 500, come to think of it FrankC started back up racing on a 500 Triumph, also. I used to beat him, but only because by lap 4, the 125cc brake he had on the front of that thing was toast, so he'd sail into T3 and go to the wall and I'd pass him. Good times. Then I started building bikes. I probably have built 20 to 25 bikes over the past years, and it was all good. Maybe one of these days I'll actually keep something I've built, maybe the Bobber.
