Not sure why you need a USB charging point on a bike either. I think the 'Track Use Only' is just a disclaimer and you'll see plenty of those Race Kits on the road.
It's good to see Triumph and Norton going from strength to strength though.
My wife and I added USB ports last year so we can plug in our Scala Rider G4 headsets on long rides. They're about five years old now and the batteries are only good for about 3-4 hours on a charge.
Well loads of kids these days use their phones as gps, so kinda makes sense. Just moving with the times I suppose... though arguably there's no place for it on a supposed café racer.
Yer you're right, it's probably a freer flowing exhaust and a power commando or something like that. Still, interesting to see them potentially aiming at a track bike as I've not heard of anyone taking current twin on a track, they're abit sluggish from what I've heard. Maybe we could end up with a Thruxton Cup
