Heard on another moto list that NIHS Turn 2 and Turn 11 are or have
been repaved, whole oval done soon.

LRRS to race on new top this weekend , expected to be slippery...

they cancelled the hawk school right?? the nascar t4 area is all torn up and they had to use the nascar pitlane for the front straight. at least thats what i heard. i havent heard back from tim yet though. i asked him about since he and zach were supposed to be running this weekend. just what ive been hearing though. it'll be nice to have that seem gone from the chicane area.

I like the seem, I like the bumps, and I like turn 3 with out an air fence in the rain. Its like original Boston Garden. You just play the dead spots to your advantage.

there is a very large dead spot on my brain. it takes enough of my energy. i didnt mind that patch there in the chicane area, i just hated that seem. i got caught on it once. it was weird steering and not turning. i used to love that big bump that used to be at the apex of t2. it would nearly throw you off. maybe if you talk to some of the organizers, you can have them tear up gunstock, then you can race on dirt like they used to. (would actually probably be smoother)and hell, maybe at daytona they should do half of the race on the beach next year. hows that sound?? im sure i can find an old leather football helmet you can wear. id recommend getting some different bars though. the ones you have might not have enough leverage.
