its really not that hard.
right click on the image in your webrowser, save it to your local disk somewhere.
Go here.

When you upload the image to the imageshack site, they give you 5-6 urls to the image. Use the last one they give you, a direct link to the image.
Use the [ img] [ /img] tags, cut/paste the image url in between the tags. Easy.
