yo a.d.,

i think a trick borrani 18" with a ducati rear brake is the way to go for your cb175. too bad the sprocket is on the wrong side.

are you still a member of the bstone yahoo group? if so can you get the moderator to let me join? i gotta get rid of these bstones.

buy rim from champ, if not he'll get cranky.

peace,

tex

p.s.- my tomaselli throttle would look mighty trick on a set of tomaselli 32mm clipons......read classifieds and send money to tex....

Hey Champ, e-mail me prices for da' rims. Tex, shoot me a brief description of the BS's and a contact and I'll post it on the BS list for you. Man I've still got mine as well, those things are harder to get rid of than herpes ;)

Cheers, A.D.

A.D. I have a spare front end for a CB350. I just put new fork seals in the sliders and the axle clamp nuts are drilled for safety wire.

I don't know what is involved but a lot of the honda stuff is interchangable. It might just be a matter of mixing and matching steering head bearing pieces. These are 33mm tubes. I might have a front wheel that goes with it too. I think I have one with a flat spot on the stock rim.

fuck airtech. thoses guys are douchebags. instead of a new web site... they might want to invest some cash into customer service. then consider putting less gelcoat on their products. then the shit wouldn't shatter.

just my thoughts

Cool, do you know what's involved to get these to fit on the 175?

Thanks, A.D.
You measure the id of the stem top and bottom (where the bearing goes) and the thickness of the bearing. Then measure the od top and bottom of the neck in the frame and the thickness. Then go to a site that gives you its bearings in sizes as well as the part number so you can see what your looking for. Most likely you'll have to buy 2 kits if you can't find what your looking for out of one.
