dead and starting to stink

trans blown up and I had to ask five or six times why it was taken apart so far just to unplug the tranny

brotha forgot to bring the back wheel so it arrived propped up on it's Luftmeister can

it is Sunday so I'm trying not to covet your sexy yellow ride

Awesome bike,I love the R1 and R6 models. Couple of guys I ride with have them and love them and my niece has a 2005 R6(my favorite year for the R6.) Still some of the best looking SS and liter bikes going as well.

my buddy has a 2005 r1 that he lets me ride on occasion. I really like the bike to the point when the 50th anniversary bikes came out I seriously considered one (I really wanted an LE but the dealers round here had them marked up to $20K).

In the end I am happy I bought my ducati...but if one of those anniversary bikes ever came my way cheap I would be seriously tempted.

This morning at 9:15 I checked Craigslist Maine and a guy 3 miles from here had this 76 CB550 for $550. (he's an old school guy who stuck to the now obsolete pricing guide of a dollar per c. c) He had just listed it at 9 and by 2 pm he had gotten 15 calls several of them desperate but Evil and I had it in back of the truck by then.
