Here’s a set of CB 750 forks that have been drilled and had bolts put in for adjustment. The Chrome thing is a Dunstall steering stop that bolts to the bottom clamp and adds material to the steering stop to keep the bars from hitting the tank. I think this style is a better choice.




Here’s a Dunstall inspired fork stop for my GL front end. It bolts under the brake junction



Heres the Chrome Dunstall CB 750 steering stops and the GL stops.



I’ve never had a drilled steering stop break on me, but IMO drilling a hole in it makes it weaker. If it should break, the triple clamp would be rendered useless.

yeah, i went the other way. that seems a little risky on a race bike. especially when the bike can hit the ground really hard.
