WHAT IS THE BEST TO WIRE A KILL SWITCH/BUTTON TO A CB 750 WITH DUEL POINTS.CAN I JUMP THE 2 LEADS OF THE SIGNAL WIRES FROM THE POINTS TO
KILL SWITCH.WITH NO GOUND IN BETWEEN.WOULD LIKE TO RUN JUST THE BUTTON TO KILL THE BIKE WITH NO RIGHT SIDE SWITCHES FOR RUN. OR TELL ME HOW YOU DID IT.

All you have to do is put an interrupting switch between the black and black/white wires from the right handlebar switch, or isolate the black/white wire that goes to the coils and run it to the left handle bar. This will also require running a black wire that is a "switched hot" (power runs to it when the main switch is on). If you don't already have one, a wiring diagram is a wonderful thing (especially one in color).

BTW, don't use a switch that grounds--you'll blow fuses or worse, melt wiring harnesses. Try everything momentarily first, this will avoid you getting really mad at me after the smoke comes out of the wires!
