Something seems amiss with the site's e-mail system. I've had a private conversation with another member here, but there is nothing stored in my "Sent items" folder. Not the first e-mail I sent initiating the conversation, nor any of the follow ups. Until the person replies I'm not sure if the system has actually sent anything.

Are you sure you are subscribed to specific threads via the email notification system and not just that you have that set as your default?

Hi Bret, There is an option under settings to save private messages in the sent items.

"Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default"

I've enabled this for you so it should work from here on out.

Seems to be.

Although I've just discovered you can change this by going into "Settings" and selecting "My Account"...."General Settings" then scroll down to "Thread Display Options" and you can change the number of posts per page from 5 up to 40.

Go into your Settings page, then open General Settings. The defaults for notifications is "Don't receive email notifications" and you'll need to change it to instant email or daily summary email per your preference.
Then change the default for Sent PM's from "Don't store sent PM's" to "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default".
Both items you mention reflect forum defaults that you'll need to change.

I was able to activate the PM features but I still am not being notified of replies to subscribed threads. When I Go to "Thread Tools" to subscribe it only says "unsubscribe from this thread" which makes me believe that I am automatically subscribed if I reply to said thread. But I don't get the email notifications even though my settings are set up to be notified.
