the b8es isnt a resistor, but it says in the instructions it wasnts "rare metal" and no "s" type ngk plugs. which i have no clue about. im using the wires and stuff they sent. yeah, thats exactly what i was trying to do. i figured it needed to build a little charge up before it would fire. so i gave up. im going to complete putting it together and see if it will fire. oh yeah, can i also say, those instructions are completey useless. in one line of instructions they mix mm and inches. wtf? strip 32 mm, then bend 1/4" over. wtf?

the instructions were from penton. they even mis-collated the pages. like they were out of order. so had to tear them apart to make it readable. thanks for the great info.
