I'm working on a 1974-1975 (not sure which yet) honda cb200. My father and I pulled off the front brakes and tried to clean it up but i think the whole assembly is shot and looking to replace it, the only problem is finding parts. I was wondering what my options were for replacing that part. If any brakes from any other model bikes or any option that gets me on the road safely works. Thanks ahead of time for any advice.

Look for a single sided caliper off almost any modern bike plus matching master cylinder. You'll have to fabricate a suitable mount for it.
