HI all I’m looking to see what dimensions you all have for port matching on a set of 34mm carbs. The kids and I are playing around with machining some aluminum intake manifolds and we don’t have our head back yet. So I was wondering how big to make the intake boot? I know Sudco intake boots are too large and I was told cb360 intake boots are the way to fly but I don’t know how big to make the back side of the boot. The outlet side of the carb is something like 34.7mm (with our calipers) but I’m not sure what we can get away with into the head. So any info would be great! we will be running a megacycle cam 123 grind, Todd Henning pistons and 34mm carbs with velocity stacks. Again any info will be very helpful.
