I had trouble last summer finding a compatible flasher for my LED signals on my '79 Honda CX500C. So i am linking the one I used here along with my blog where I explain my issues a little more in detail.
Quick tip though, generally, LED's draw less current, so look to see if the stock flasher relay has a transistor/ solid state replacement relay available. Transistors operate on less current and can switch states faster.
