I now carry race compound vintage race tyres from Avon. 90/90/18 fronts and 110/80/18 rears. I talked with Avon, and this setup is the one that Dave Roper worked with them and came up with. I also have a couple of other misc Avon race tyres that I'm trying out. I'm not making any money on these tyres, just making vintage racing affordable for everyone.
