Rear suspension is shot and Im looking to replace it with some brand new ones. What are my options? Seems to me that any shock would fit but I doubt its that easy. Any idea?

I have a 1975 CB200T.

don't forget that hondas have clevis ends on them.

Why do you say the rear suspension is shot? are the shocks leaking?

Something else you should think about is the swingarm bushings. Put the bike on the center stand and grab the rear tire. Try to move the rear wheel and swingarm back and forth perpendicular to the bike. If it moves at all your swimgarm bushings are shot. You will need to have a shop to replace them since it requires a press. If it does not move then you are good to go.

Thanks Ill check that out.

The springs on the shocks are dead. The bike bottoms out very easily.
