Looking for reset mounting ideas for the S90, so far an extra long bottom engine mounting bolt in conjunction with the swing arm bolt are up for consideration as fixing points but wondered if anyone knows of a preferred method they'd recommend for an S90
Way back when, my brother just fitted through swing arm. Removed plastic plugs and I think used some onld handlebars (this was around 1974~75) It was a genuine 90mph S90 but very heavy on crankshafts as minimum speed was above 10mph due to high gearing. I don't remember everything we did to it but do remember being along side him at 75mph when he changed into top gear and accelerated away (then crashed about 2 miles further along going 60+ in a 30mph limit, bend was just too tight)
I dicked around trying different mounting ideas for my Suzuki AS50 and eventually did the same (through the swingarm tube). Works great. No unintended shift issues. Perfect positioning.
