i was picking up some over priced fork seals for the 650 at pete's cycles on belair rd in Baltimore. and they had posters saying they have them triumphs for one of them ride days on the 23rd and 24th. i'm gonna go and try meself a tasty thruxton and that new 675cc (not actually seen one on the road yet!) i love what they've done in their styling department but i've never actually riden a triumph before, so should be fun.

anyone else like the thruxtons?

i was just at Fraiser's on the avenue last saturday night! as far as an XR100, i need to figure out my vehicle-S- situation first..... i'm neck deep in projects: 74bug, 69VW shortened chassis (dune buggy application), 1 1/2 flat four engines to build, an electric powered stretch out Schwinn to finish, a complete corvaire engine to re-build, an FT500 to finish up and i've got a 1945 Jeep that's waiting to be picked up. on top of that i want to finish up the cosmetics on the CB650, full time job and taking a few classes at UMBC.... looking back at this post i can understand why she thought i wasnt spending enough time with her! but yeah, you can sign me up to your mailing list. [email protected] i'm not trying to be a dick or something but i just overwhelmed lately! though some nice rides will be good, i need to bring my riding skills up for sure.

ahhh....see, thats why you need to buy a running xr100. i have the same situation. so i just bought a newer running one. its actually the most expensive modern motorcycle i have!

i used to have volkswagons, fun but a pain in the ass.

the ft's are a ton of fun. cheap, reliable, and can handle pretty good. i know a couple of guys up in pa that just flog them on weekends around the back roads.

the same guys that own holy frijoles own rocket to venus. theyre all rockstars.
