Thanks for the info on the tach. The third wire, not ont the power wires, goes to the points you said. Can I run it from the coil?

Yes. I am running it from the coil I think it works.

A Bomber style jacket? no. But a few years back I got a leather jacket from J Peterman's as a gift. Never wore it. Want it? Huh?
