I raced with some of those guys. We called Steve Mclaughlin motor mouth west. He was pretty fast and a nice guy. I never made it to the west coast. I was going to go out when they were making the movie Big fause and little halsy (I don't think I spelled it right) but I crashed into the guard rail at Mosport and couldn't walk. Yamaha wanted all the TD2 riders out there for the movie. Missed my big chance to be a movie star.

Well, that movie wasn't that great. It could of used you to spicen up the movie (add a few crash scenes).

I was planning on riding my 125 YA6 in the 200GP class.
If JB and Strempfer don't shut up I'll have to spend some time/money and get 30hp out of my 180's. JB should spot me a lap because of my advanced age. Me being 20 years older should be worth at least that much.
I'll also be riding my CT1 175 in ULSV.
I have Chip's Sach 50cc in my shop. If he's still in the middle east next summer I might ride that. It is supposed to put out 18hp.
We also have the TD1C that my son wants to try out.

frank,

build that derbi into a true 80cc monster and it will run roughshod over the reiju's like a.d. crafords bike used too.

i'd love to build another one of those.

I have a phone number for a guy out west that makes clutch baskets for them, I just need to call him up and buy one. And still need to order new clutch fiber plates.

The projects are coming together. The RZ350 has been sold, Tannermatic is now 2stroke certified, and the little quad has been sold. So now I have a little room in the garage, projects are being tackled. The RD350 is being put back together next week.

I might have to stop by the shop about making up a caliper mounting bracket. Have a new caliper for the RD350.
