I'm looking for some input on new shocks for my 550, yes I've already used the search function. Progressive and Works seem to be the main companies, what other ones do I need to consider? Somewhere(I think an XS650 site) I saw some piggyback shocks that looked good and weren't that expensive. Anybody have an idea?

I'd like to stay $250 or less for shocks and springs. Mainly ride it around town, but I'd like it to handle the occasional corner carving. Appearance is important. thanks Ken

OmarsDT.com and MikesXS.com have some standard length shocks. But don't you need the retarded Honda clevis mount shocks? I don't know who else makes 'em.

Yes, those shocks on MikesXS are the ones I was talking about. I couldn't find them again for nothing. Anybody know anything about them? GT550 so no Honda clevis.
