Shop Teacher Looking for cyl head

Hi All The class and I are looking for a bare cyl head. for a 72 or newer. We just need it so we can send our head out to be worked on and still be able to build our exhaust. Im hoping it will be cheep cuz Im running out of money for this project FAST! and the holidays are killing me, If some one has one let me kow what you need to get for it and how much shipping is and I will tell you weather I can swing it. If their is any one in the NY VT MASS area that would be great I can maybe pick it up. Im right out side Albany NY. Like I said It dosent have to be any good just so We can build the exhaust off it and keep the motor closed up till the other head comes back.
Thanks all. YOu guys wont believe this but we got a donation of some Ducati snowflake rotors and Brembo calipers which we have just about fitted..... this thing is going to be Awsome, updates to the website will be soon.

I don't know if there is a difference b/w the 71 and 72 engines...but I have a 72 350 spare engine sittin' on my work bench. You are more then welcome to borrow it for a few months...I won't need it until may or june. I live in Schenectady just down the road from you. Upper Union street...give me a call 377-1357 if you want to use it.

the heads are pretty much the same as long as they arent the 68 with little studs. so that will work for mock up purposes. if he gets it from you, i wont have to box one up. so just let me know what you guys decide.

Great area JB. I usually ride my street cafe all around Saratoga County... I stay away from Saratoga Springs though because it usually is crap full of HD riders drinking lattes. Good for the city though, revenue is revenue!

Speaking of coffee, one day this winter I'd like to buy you a cup and pick your brains about racing and building a CB350 race bike. A beer is another option. Maybe other folks nearby would want to have a cup coffee/bottle beer as well.

Sounds like a plan...last bonfire I was at TT's (Wanker 1)roommate used yellow marker paint to draw a fire to my paints as I slept (passed out) near the fire...hence the nickname Yeller. Good thing he wasn't took good at drawing a straight line!
