no sorry tom, not me. i'd love to have been there mixing it up with those fast guys, but i really suck on the rs125. i need far too much seat time to get a handle on it, and mine (1989) is getting fragile and harder to find parts for, so it's for sale.

wanna buy it?

i'll even call you tex or zach lee if you want.

Weird that the 250 pole time was only .9 of a second under the 125 pole time. I thought Jennings was a fast track?
lotsa flowing corners, only one real hp-fest section...

See what you mean. Still seems like you could get more than 9/10ths of a second out of it, but hey, whatever. I thought there was a long straight; I was mistaken. Looks like a fun track for a GP bike though, no matter what size.

i ran the track the year it opened on one carb, first time out on my newly built cb350...... seemed to be flowing and fun for a guy who got three laps at a top speed of maybe 35mph, with his hand up the whole time, off the race line (to keep out of the way of the fast/fully functional racers).....

that was a epic weekend....and f'ing expensive!

evil, ya know what i mean.....

tex

p.s.- at least the beer was cold, and i got to meet carlos garcia!
that was worth the price of admission.....dude is a prince!

Oh well, I thought there was a chance it was one of the guys here. I mean, how many motorcycle racing Zachs can there be in Texas?

Thanks but I'll have to pass on the RS125. I can hardly walk in to the garage as it is.
