I'm cleaning out the stuff I don't use. The CB450 is one of them.
Cool bike, fun to ride, but I don't ride it.

Anyways, here's what it's got.
32mm roundslide Mikuni carbs. They're well sorted out, engine pulls nicely throughout the rev range.
1/4 turn throttle
Swarbrick pipes with modified baffles (Branson end caps for SuperTrapps)
Mildly ported head
Cleaned up frame.
Rearsets
Dyna ignition from a GL1000
Pro-Flo clip-ons
GT750 front 4 leading shoe drum brake. Drum has been turned to lighten it, and it has Vintage Brake lined shoes.
18" rims front and rear with almost new Avon tires.
K&N filters
Gas tank is clean inside, no rust.
Koni shocks
And some other crap I'm forgetting now. I've spent a lot of time getting this bike together and running well. As you can see from the pictures, I don't care if it looks pretty. I'm more concerned that it runs and handles decent.

That being said, here's the problems:
1) Tach drive output leaks oil. Rosko very kindly sent me a seal, it still leaks.
2) No speedo. I was going to put one of these on it (http://trailtech.net/vapor.html) but I don't want to throw any more money at it.
3) Oh, and the tank paint ain't perfect.

It is registered through this month. $2200
I'll EBay it soon, or part it out.

Oh, and I'll include the box of mystery parts, including another battery box, two steel sidecovers in good condition, another taillight, and a rectifier or three.

The sidecovers would need to be trimmed a bit to fit around the K&N filters.

Oh, and a fancy K&L handlebar switch was wired in to handle the horn, lights, and killswitch.

And it has a new ignition switch.

Ok, I've been looking at EBay at what bikes like this sell for, and there's no way I'm going to get the money I'm asking for. So I'm parting this out. Post parts list that you want, make offer.

I may have a friend who is interested in the whole bike (but not at the original $2200 asking price). If you are against parting this bike out I'll pass along your contact info to him.

Have you tried putting it on ebay - sometimes it may surprise you. Espically if you rolled it out side, hosed it off and took some good quality photos.

I see a ton of speed parts in there that to the right person might be worth it.

If you haven't already parted it out, I am interested in the bike as a whole.
Geeto and komielan, drop me an email.

monkeywrench AT comcast DOT net

I'd rather sell it as a complete bike, so lets talk.
