You need to be careful of stop switches, some, for later models are 'grounding' switches and send trigger signal to ground.
You can use them but they may need to be in 'Off' position to work plus the green wire will go into Black with white tracer
You need a closed 'On' open 'Off'

I'm sure there are aftermarket copies of Honda switches, they fitted them to 350, 450, 500f and 750.
The switch bodies are pretty much all the same, as is the wiring. The connectors on the ends may possibly be different but will still work as Honda use 3.5mm and aftermarket is usually 4mm
You could get some bullet connectors and a crimper to swap them if you need to, couple of places do them (get the correct crimper though, they look and work better than the 'crush' type)

careful of some of the 'hong kong' sellers out there selling 'NOS' honda switches for the 30-40$ range. Pieces are okay, not great, casting and holes barely match up and they're missing pretty much all the markings of an actual OEM switch. an okay replacement, but better can be had.

seems to be a lot of crap selling on ebay as 'genuine oem NOS'...but I think for a majority of them the only thing genuine is the bag and part number
