its like dressage for motorcycles. its all trail braking and keep the revs up. you use the brakes to drop the bike into the corner like that. exactly like what aaron was talking about. you drag the rear brake, but hit the gas. now, linking them all together like that is a little more involved, but thats pretty damned cool.
