I was supprised the board hanged their hat on wetlands. Unless there was a lot of wetlands, you can typically avoid them with something like a track. Typically it is the "noise" issue. (One man's noise is another man's music). Isn't it Lime Rock Park where you can't run on Sunday? Not racing on Sunday is so un-American.
