My IT department is 25 miles away from my office on FT. Hood so I had to head out there to pick up a new laptop for work. Beautiful morning for a ride, nice and cool. Now if only nobody were out.

Beautiful day for an MV Agusta ride  omg that is a nice riding machine. Gotta get some ride time in before they salt the roads. Only problem is speed limits are way too low on the trans canada highway and auto tailgaters, they really should make the speed limit higher for motorcycles due to safety considerations, I bet every rider here agrees that auto drives habitually tailgate motorcycles. Tomorrow I go back to nice safe 3rd. gear full throttle acceleration at 4 foot high vertical rock faces somewhere out in the woods (y) far safer riding experience.

Speed limits suck! Once was a time I could care less and just go for it. Old age and responsibility has really sapped that fun. I took the Tuono out. It was fun but is a chore to keep out of trouble on. Run through 1st gear snap into second and youre speeding.

Well no crash for me. Weather was nice so i did another last ride on the gen2 Tuono. Better yet when i got that bike the exhaust cans were damaged from the last owner using them to lift the bike. I got lucky today and a guy locally had a set of cans that were not in perfect shape but good enough. I picked them up for a $100. Fixed a bit of the damage and put them on the bike. I knew the old ones rattled a bit but dam these are much quieter.

Good news, bad news, good is the rear tire finally beaded, bad news I studded up a tire that has a hole in it, time for crazy glue :geek: Not enough snow for the snowmobile yet, still perfect for the motorcycles

Was a good ride day today for me, hard work riding but very rewarding, I'm running a 36 tooth rear sprocket down from 42 biggest problem is the footpegs keep icing up, I need to modify them so they don't pack with snow, that or never put a foot down, lol or heat my footpegs.

Finished up my latest art project: a light up bosozoku sign. I've collected tons of old bosozoku logos and graphics and want to make a large 4'x8' light up collage of them. This one was a proof of concept. I'll need to get a lazer cutter for it to be feasible though.

Cutting the logo out of posterboard:

Logo painted, laid on parchment paper and sandwiched between lexan:

Complete:

And my disaster of a workbench after completing this project:
