I am doing a cb 350 and was wondering if there is a universal or other model throttle that would work on my new clubman bars? I dont have any throttle/cables (not there when I bought this basket case). I got a push button kill switch, and now I just need to put a twist throttle on it. .thanks

Go_around,
A dirt bike type throttle will work fine. You may need to adjust the throttle cable length to work. You will then need to get a front brake lever assembly to replace the one that was part of the throttle assembly. I used a throttle and lever assembly from Dennis Kirk.

do I need a push or a pull? Can I use a stock cb350 2 into 1 cable with an aftermarket, or throttle from another bike? ?

The stock cable should work ok. If you have tthe disc brake front end then you will be ok with the stock master cylinder too.
