I'm setting up my new garage and think its probably about time I get a big boy tool box. My top contender is a US General roller box from harbor freight... that line gets rave reviews.
Anyone have any other suggestions?

Yes, don't let your wife organize it.
She's been organizing the entire house as we've been unpacking. I'd actually have no problem if she did the garage too

Every screwdriver I own is now in one drawer.
lol my master plan of having them scattered all over the place so I never need to go far to find one is foiled.

I would think you are better off with a used snapon box

If it holds tools and the drawers open and close it is a good box. Snap On never made a mechanic better but they made most further from retirement.

if you're not in a shop where you need to securely lock your tools up to keep them away from borrowers, then any big rollaway and chest combo will work. i have a large craftsman set up alongside my ancient not so large craftsman setup.

take the money you save not buying a snap on box and spend it on a really good torque wrench and all the factory tools you otherwise can't justify.
