As the 'projects' section has no "sticky" threads I thought this would be a good one to start as inspiration for all those who are wrenching away in their respective garages, sheds, yards, apartments, etc.

I wish I had the money and ability to do this to my 400-4;

A friend's BSA single. I'd have one instead of an Enfield if i could kick-start a bike. I love this one;

I just saw that a guy here built that CX500 (forgot his name already...)- but I got that picture off of eBay. Hard to imagine going to all that work and just selling it. Sad.
