well, went to maine with the 1965 triumph T120 and ran 131 until a spun rear wheel bearing enccouraged me to stop.


two of the kids came back with serious records in PP/P 250/4 on a 2007 ninja at 108 plus.

ill be putting the old 40 -spoke english wheels back on for september on the T120. at 135, its already the fastest production framed triumph in the running. id just as soon not be spitting wheels tho

Picked this up about a month ago to do some club racing with the USCRA View attachment 105299
check out the uscra sch for 2022. nhms and canaan, your in ct? njmp might not be to far but all the other tracks wiil be a long drive

Is it posted yet? NJ is a reasonable drive. So is VRRA. I've attended the last three Mid-Ohio Vintage Days too, so that may be an option

the dates are out , they brought them up at the aug. race riders meeting. there in print somewhere but dont remember where i saw them????. nhmp in june and sept, canaan in july and aug. took out a vrra lic. for last year. intended to go up but as you know - no border crossing,

I remember seeing an ex works Honda 550 back in 1986 going into the hairpin at Pembrey out-dragging a Yamaha 750 EXUP.
Even as a 600 it was crazy fast for a ~10 year old bike.
I had done my 550 at least 5 years earlier but as it was street / touring bike I didn't go crazy with cams or carbs.
It was still good for around 130mp though, even with panniers (saddle bags for US readers)
