Swingarm is like a 91/92 750 or 88/89 1100 - Bodywork 88/89 - frame could be any of them. No idea what the forks are. Hydraulic clutch so an 1100 or early 750 engine.
Being a race bike it really could be anything. Looks like OEM front and track farings for the tail. I think the 89 swing arm has the vertical tab like shown for the rear tire hugger. The 91 generation didn't? I have both swing arms but swapped frames and swing arms a few times and lost track of which was which!

I loved all the Honda Fours that I owned - several 750/4s , a 500/4 and a 350/4. TBH, the 500/4 was the sweetest - handled well, looked good, and was fun to ride. Not very fast, but kept it's own in the twisties.
