Hey guys, been a while, but not much has happened up until late. Here's what I have been up to:

Just today I removed the cylinder block from the crank case as it was kinda...stuck on. The pistons are going to be replaced, and the actual cylinders will be cleaned and machined out, I just need to find a place that will do it for me.

During the process of removing the block, which was quite difficult, the gasket seat(?) was damaged by my tools. I took some pics.

So. I was wondering if I could get the seat machined down a bit so that the gasket will fit in nice and smooth? Or should I just get a new block off ebay?

Oh yeah, and I was goofing off with the camera again.

So yeah, a bunch of parts on the way, all i need now is a new gasket set, battery, and exhaust pipes, then she should be ready to fire up!

I'll take a vid of that for sure.

Till next time!

Google'd Yamabond. Stuff looks interesting, that's for certain. Should I maybe try sanding/grinding/polishing down those blemishes my self, or just leave it up to the pros?

Unga: Yeah, it was like 30* Celcius with 90% humidity that day. No sun though... But check out those pipes!:D
