You gota love Valentino. For San Marino he has his helmet done up in Viagra colors. When asked to comment by Italian press he said that now his suspension had become too "stiff" you must admit that (unless some wage said it rather than Valentino) was a pretty clever off the cuff response to his helmet design .:devilish:

Competition is so tight.
Yamaha looked lost just a couple weeks ago.
Repsol Honda bringing up the rear literally.

Yes the tuning fork boys looked a wee bit better at a place that wasn't all about HP. You've got to admit that there's more manufacturers who could get a place on the box than we've seen in years if ever. As far as Honda the one bright light is Tetsuta on his year old motorbike running at the front. I also think that Top Gun made a very bad choice on tires. I got to say I would have taken a clue from Rossi when he changed rubber except for maybe Dovi he is one of the very cleverest of fellows .

I started watching MotoGP races, from the 2005 to 2015 seasons, this spring during the pandemic. All I knew was Rossi won a lot of races and I didn't really want to like the guy, but after watching him, it's hard not to. The guy has fun racing, and that's what its about. I am now a fan of and cheer for him every race.
He can win races, but I don't think he has the bike he needs. They are getting much closer.
My arm chair suggestion is he go with harder tires. His style had been close in the second half of the race. Last week he tried to start fast and defend the position, that's not his style.
Either way I'll be watching next week and check his helmet to see if there is another little blue pill gone from the bubble pack.

I totally agree and don't forget how he's bring along all sorts of young riders with his VR46 Ranch
