Wanted 41mm Headlight Ears

I'm looking for a source for a pair of 41mm headlight ears/brackets. I like the Tommaselli style ears but I have not found any in the larger 41mm I.D. I've tried EMGO, Domi-Racer, Unity, and most of the larger Brit bike parts distributors. Maybe someone can suggest a source?
