I need a 100/90-18 rear for my '78 Yamaha. I can't seem to find one anywhere! Everyplace I look lists it as a front tire, and the narrowest rear I can get is a 110. Where do you guys get tires for your vintage bike?

Go with the 110. It should work fine. I suspect you could even go with a 120. I would recommend the Bridgestone BT45 or S11. Either one should be OK.
