My guess is that the orig tank and seat were shot, he had the BSA tank and other stuff layin around, put it all together.
Like I said,not what I would've done, but I give him credit. (I'd have turned it into a flattracker, given the above scenario.)
I've never ridden Moto Morini. It's a great looking bike, but I've read that it's a disappointment on the road. I don't mention that as further "justification" to turn it into some thing else, just wondering if it's true.
