Yamaha SRX-600

Hello. I've joined to spread the word amongst cafe racer enthusiasts that my version of this bike will soon be up for sale.
I've been a motorcyclist since 1961, have had many machines but nothing quite as much fun to ride as the SRX.
Nearing 79 years I find it too difficult to manage the kickstart only and am reluctantly parting with it. It will probably be offered on Bring a Trailer. If anyone wishes more details and photos just ask.

Where? I always loved those bikes.

I'm in Vermont.
Bummer. A bit too far for me. Love the bike, though.

Thanks.
I did it in early Norton livery years ago including designing the Yamaha logo in Norton style.
Most loved the tweak. a few thought it was a Norton and the purists were put off (which was the whole idea).
I like the livery. Most of the SRX’s that I was used to were clapped out race bikes with a FZR fairing zip tied on for middleweight singles racing.
SEEKING GAS TANK FOR SRX , ANY ADVICE OUT THERE ? THANX

ooo that's a tough one. I can look but it would probably be much easier to find a complete SRX

Who knows  but I do know where there is a nice used SRX available for an outrageous amount of money.
