Easiest thing to adjust on your carbs will be the needles. If they have circlips it's too easy, if they are fixed, you can shim them with a washer.

You should be able to get the tops off the carbs without having to remove the carb rack from the bike.

Move them up a notch / shim with a washer and see what happens to the stumble.
 
Are you sure the carb slides are moving freely on the bores? And there's no pinholes in the diaphrams? You need to check those anyway as a matter of course...

You can cut out the offending part of the pod seat to free up the intake to the diaphram circuit. You only need to cut out about 1/4 of the lip circumference.

That's more than likely your problem.
