Those look kinda like honda shadow 39mm forks (just guessing from the wheel, and the way the fork brace attaches). But I could be way off base.

I think those are the stock FT500 forks and wheel. The forks are crap, the lowers are leading axle and weak. The wheel is 19", narrow and heavy.

 

Besides the leading axle on that thing,and minus the stone in your face, I would ride that. Looks fun.
