the short of it....

the 360 is cheaper, the 350 is faster, the 360 has a front disc brake, the 350 has more aftermarket speed parts, and NO parts interchange between the two.

Not quite. The valves and valve springs are the same. Some 360's did have drum brakes and some 350's had disk brakes. Chain and sprockets are interchangeable. Otherwise you're right.

the rear wheels swaps out too, but youhave to do the entire wheel.

mike, you forgot the clutch springs and tire valve stems.
